Latent Ornamentation シリーズ

日常の中に見出される植物の風景写真を起点とし、そこに潜在する構造から装飾的なパターンを生成する。可視化されていない秩序やリズムを抽出し、「潜在的な装飾」を立ち上げることをコンセプトとしている。

制作においては、アクリルにUVプリントしたイメージを基層とし、それらを重ね合わせることで像の層を構築する。さらに層間にペインティングを施すことで、イメージの干渉やずれを生じさせ、装飾が生成されていくプロセスを空間的に展開している。
